I hear ya! Sometimes my schedule gets crazy, too, and I need to fit in my workouts at times that won't fit into a consistent time slot.
That's why this new offering has been created Live and also has some flexibility built-in.
In this live class, I also wanted to deliver an experience that guides you on creatively combining training with two of the best pieces of functional training equipment around - the Bulgarian Bag and Kettlebell.
PLUS, there are a series of elements that extend beyond just the Bulgarian Bag and Kettlebell - a proper warm-up, specific bodyweight exercises, and post-training ELDOA strengthening postures.

In these 60-minute weekly classes with Mike you'll:
- Learn how to properly warm-up anywhere, even in a small space like a bedroom!
- Workout in a way that leaves you feeling, moving, and looking better each time you show up
- Receive expert technique tips on the two of the most effective training tools every person working out at home needs to know
- Choose between two distinct levels (beginners and intermediate), with tons of progressions and regressions so that you can select the level of difficulty perfect for you
- Learn how to perform ELDOA strengthening exercises/postures correctly so you can create more space in your joints and experience the countless benefits that come with improved body awareness and posture
- Get to train Live with people from all over the world
- Watch the workout for 24 hours after our scheduled time slot
- Get a weekly recommended trainings emailed to you so Bags and Bells (ELITE OPTION)
